As most of our services involve the allocation of editorial resources, production schedules, content creation, marketing commitments, and customized deliverables, all purchases and service engagements are subject to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Once an order, subscription, sponsorship, advertising package, editorial feature, award participation, event registration, marketing service, or any other service offered by Business Exelify has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the engagement shall be considered final.
Business Exelify does not accept cancellations after payment has been received.
All payments made to Business Exelify are non-refundable.

No refunds shall be issued for partial usage, non-usage, change of business plans, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Business Exelify.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review all proposals, deliverables, timelines, commercial terms, and service details before making payment.
By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the scope of services and accepts this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
In rare and exceptional situations, Business Exelify may, at its sole discretion, review specific requests on a case-by-case basis. Any consideration of a refund, credit, or service adjustment shall not constitute an obligation or precedent for future cases.
The decision of Business Exelify shall be final and binding.
Business Exelify shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, internet disruptions, pandemics, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
Such circumstances shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Business Exelify reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our official website.
